Sliding or casement?

A sliding window takes no room when open and is ideal for terrace exits; a casement seals a little tighter. Many homes combine both.

How big can it be?

It depends on the system and the weight of the glass. In aluminium we make very large sliding doors; we confirm the solution when we measure.
