What data we process

The data you give us when you request a quote or contact us: name, phone, email, town and the details of your project (sizes, type of window, colour, comments and, where applicable, photos).

What we use it for

• To answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you ask for.
• If you place an order, to manage measuring, manufacturing, installation and invoicing.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your consent, nor to make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become an order: up to 2 years. Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship and the periods required by law.

Who we share it with

No one, unless required by law. The data is stored on the company's own servers in Spain.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to info@smartventanas.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
